We are currently partnering with a national health charity in their search for an Interim Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. This is a pivotal role during a period of transition and improvement across their financial planning processes, as well as the upcoming annual budget setting. This role will be a key part of supporting in the delivery of both the annual budgets and forecasts as well as longer-term improvements.
This organisation is world-renowned and at the forefront of delivering vital healthcare research, clinical and community-based support and programmes, and influencing policy at top levels of healthcare and government to positively affect healthcare outcomes.
The Role
As part of a longer term investment in the organisation’s back-office functions, you will work to deliver and create new methods of analysis and develop new financial planning reports. Other aspects of the role will include:
- Working with the Deputy Director of Finance to prepare the annual budgets and forecasts
- Analyse current financial planning reporting processes and make recommendations for improvements
- Partner with budget-holders across the business to help inform ways of developing new and more efficient reporting
- Lead in the development of new budget-setting and forecasting processes
What’s on offer?
Highly flexible working – can be mostly remote with office days once or twice a month though more in-office time available if wanted.
Daily rate (inside IR35) of £350 – £400 per day
Anticipated initial contract duration of 4-6 months but with scope to extend
Candidates with notice periods of longer than a month will not be in consideration for this role at this time due to time constraints. Ideally candidates will have availability to start a role immediately or within a couple of weeks.
