Interim Director of People

Are you an experienced HR leader ready to drive meaningful change within the not-for-profit sector? Our client, a respected not-for-profit organisation in Birmingham, is seeking an Interim Director of People to join their team on a full-time, hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the People team, ensuring that key deliverables are met on time
  • Leading the strategic People agenda, focusing on employee engagement, EDI, and organisational development
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to align People initiatives with organisational goals
  • Driving culture transformation initiatives to support a positive and productive workplace

About You:

  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within the not-for-profit sector
  • Strong understanding of current HR best practices, employment law, and EDI principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively and inspire positive change across all levels of an organisation
