Following a recent restructure, Waltham Forest are looking to recruit to several senior roles to join the team. These are significant roles for the Council, and we are keen to attract people to act as trusted advisors and critical friends for stakeholders, challenging thinking and influencing service delivery.

The Head of Finance Business Partnering for Place / NED will work closely with the senior leadership teams across the Directorates to help every community to be and feel safe, create opportunities for residents to use their voice and shape their communities as well as keeping streets, green spaces and high-streets clean, attractive and welcoming. They will lead a team providing a full business partnering service, ensuring stakeholders have the financial information to make informed decisions and support to drive through service transformation.

Waltham Forest are looking for someone who is a qualified accountant with previous experience of leading a team providing a business partnering service in a complex organisation. The ability to build relationships and influence and challenge stakeholders is also essential.
