Key Responsibilities for the Finance Business Partner include:
- Providing financial support and guidance to key stakeholders across the business including project managers running organisation-wide change programmes
- Overseeing the timely production of the month end accounts and analysis for key departments within the organisation
- Preparing budgets and forecasts for key stakeholders and engaging proactively with them to manage these
- Work on financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision making
This position would suit a qualified (ACA, CIPFA, CIMA, ACCA) accountant with post-qualification experience as a Finance Business Partner. Experience in audit would be beneficial but not essential but it is key that the Finance Business Partner can build credibility with senior stakeholders across the organisation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical, as is a proactive attitude towards building relationships across a UK-wide team.
