Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the People team, ensuring that key deliverables are met on time
- Leading the strategic People agenda, focusing on employee engagement, EDI, and organisational development
- Collaborating with senior leadership to align People initiatives with organisational goals
- Driving culture transformation initiatives to support a positive and productive workplace
About You:
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within the not-for-profit sector
- Strong understanding of current HR best practices, employment law, and EDI principles
- Ability to work collaboratively and inspire positive change across all levels of an organisation
